[UX] The "New issue" creation process should end up where it started (e.g. Milestone -> New Issue -> Milestone)
When you create a new issue from a milestone page, you should end up at the same milestone page where you started
Today (8.8), "New issue" from a milestone page first opens the "New issue" dialog, which is fine. Pressing "Submit issue" then takes you to the issue page, and you lose your original context.
Instead, after submitting a new issue, the user should return to the page where he first clicked "Submit issue", i.e. remain in the same context.
For a quick verification, go to %Milestone #1 in elygre/gitlab-test and click "New issue". Enter dummy data, click "Submit issue", and feel the blood pressure rise just a tiny bit :-). For extra credit, navigate back to the original issue page, and realize how useless those two last clicks felt!
