Question about secure variables visibility
The documentation in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/blob/10758a48c508970d301d8a4e48e19c6c19765a94/doc/ci/variables/README.md says that:
The value of the variable can be shown in build log if explicitly asked to do so. If your project is public or internal you can make the builds private.
My question is : Where do I change my variable/build visibility? I have added some variables and all there is not an option to make them public or private, and I see I can make my builds private but can I choose to just hide the variables? And after a building I don't see the variables in the log. There should be a cleaner way to tell that the explicitly asked to do so part is only if you print the variables in the script, or am I wrong? The text is a little ambiguos in that regard.
PS: There is a little typo I think, it should says "variables" instead of "variable".
