I use Gitlab for coding for myself and for open source. But if I've finished any Project and I want to leave any email adress for certain errors that may occur, I've left my own one in the past.
The Benefit would be a Ticket-System where any non-user of gitlab can contribute to an project. The should not be an CRM but it would be nice to give my coustumers any email, where me and some teams can analyse the errors.
Proposal
It would be nice, if any message send via email to a specific mail adress would be featured in the To-Do List of the specific Project - with an option to make an Issue out of it. Email-Adresses could be like: mygroup.myproject@gitlab.com
