Introduce "outdated diff" in MR diff discussion

Suppose I comment on some part of code in MR's diff and this part changes. Right now, the discussion is put somewhere else in the "diff" tab - in some cases in a spot where it's completely irrelevant and on the MR activity page, it says "started discussion on the diff". Perhaps it would be better to do it the Github way and not display the discussion on the diff page if its underlying piece of code changed and mention "outdated diff" on the activity page?
