Search projects should not preserve current page (always show first page first) (should be the same as searching issues)

Summary

I was browsing my projects, looking through it, and go to the next page, namely page 2. Then I realized that I was not going to find the project I was looking for just by browsing, therefore I tried to search it. However, it showed nothing. After retrying a few times, I realized that I need to go back to page 1 to find the project I was looking for.

• There's little point to show empty page 2.
• Even if page 2 has something, I don't feel people would expect the page was preserved from the last search/view.

Steps to reproduce

Have at least 2 pages of projects, and search on page 2.

Expected behavior

It should always show page 1 when the search term is changed. Issues working this way, projects should do, too.
