JIRA config doc: tie example config to JIRA screenshot

When trying to connect our Gitlab to our JIRA I was reading the document at http://doc.gitlab.com/ee/project_services/jira.html.

I think it would be an improvement if the example Gitlab configuration (in http://doc.gitlab.com/ee/project_services/jira.html#configuring-gitlab) was tied to the screen shot of the JIRA ticket transitions (http://doc.gitlab.com/ee/project_services/img/jira_issues_workflow.png). I doubt that's the case now, since the transition ID in the Gitlab config is 2, while there is no transition with ID 2 in the screenshot.

I believe this improvement would help explain how to create a successful integration between Gitlab and JIRA.

I would have loved to make this improvement myself, but I've so far not been successful in getting close-via-commit-message to work :(
