Permissions matrix incomplete

Hi,

In 8.6.3, for that URL: help/permissions/permissions, the project's permissions matrix doesn't have any tick for the last two permissions: "Force push to protected branches" & "Remove protected branches". I guess new permissions were added but the tick column wasn't updated ?
