Importing from Gitlab.com fails

Host : git.fosscommunity.in

When tried to import from a gitlab.com repository (debian-ruby/TaskTracker), I got the import status as none. When I visited the repository created, it said " The repository for this project does not exist.". See the two attachments.

If the "Import Repository" option was chosen in Screenshot 2, the repository gets imported, not the issues.
