Install Source Code Pro as font for diffs and code

As a first step to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/2569 we need to get the source code pro font installed.

As a second step we can assign this font to diffs and build pages.

• Install Source Code Pro
• Set as default font for diffs and build pages.
