404 after creating project with reused name after renaming the old project

(using webhosted Gitlab.com).

I have renamed old project (successfully), then created a new project with the original name of the old project (eg. old project: "Alpha" renamed to "Alpha-old" then created new project called: "Alpha").

Now both projects are listed on the dashboard but when clicking on the new one I got "404 the page you are looking for could not be found"

Since I can't enter the new project I also can't delete it.

So:

1. Since it allows you to create the project yet it creates ghost project I consider it a bug
2. Another issue is how to delete the ghost project? Being able to do it from dashboard level or command line would be useful
3. Is there a way to "recreate" the ghost project since it failed the first time?
