Add Ability to Permalink to a file with specific commit

Please add y shortcut support to create a permalink to a file via commit similar to how GitHub does it: https://help.github.com/articles/getting-permanent-links-to-files/#press-y-to-permalink-to-a-file-in-a-specific-commit
