Not able to Scope CI/CD Environment variables for different environments

Hi, I am really stuck up with this issue as I am unable to see the option to scope environment to variables although I have defined the environments:

I have created environments as well but unable to see:

Earlier I use to see a dropdown option to assign environments to these environment variables.

I am setting this in project settings, I can't see that option of selecting environment when defining environment variables. but I did see that before.

FYI my trial period expired and now I am on free plan, is it because of that, Any help will be appreciated!
