On delete of a wiki page it's history still exist

Summary
I want to delete something from wiki page compleatly, from it's history also. So I deleted the page and re-create it with the same name, but supposed to be deleted revisions of the page are still available.
Steps to reproduce
- Delete a wiki page
- Create new page with the same name
- Open history of this page
- Deleted versions of this page are there and available

What is the current bug behavior?
Deleted versions of the wiki page where not deleted.
What is the expected correct behavior?
Deleted versions of the wiki page should be deleted.

That was my second attempt to reproduce this.
First time I delete/create that page old revisions were gone as I wanted.
But when I delete it once again, I saw that on the screenshot above.
