How do I reset the root password from a K8s helm chart installation of gitlab?

I'm looking at the doc here: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/security/reset_root_password.html, but my helm chart based deployment (https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/install/kubernetes/gitlab_chart.html) resulted in 17 running containers. Where should I connect into to run gitlab-rails console?
