Allow changing the HTML title

Problem to solve

I use KeePass "auto-type" to semi-automatically enter my login credentials. KeePass checks the title of an application (and therefore the HTML title of a page that the browser is showing in it's title on the task bar (on Windows)) to choose the correct entry to fill in.

As Gitlab only shows "Sign in - Gitlab", KeePass cannot distinguish between different Gitlab instances, e.g. our self-hosted company one or the one from gitlab.com. In that case, KeePass shows a selection dialog to choose from.

Now I have the choice of either having to choose from the selection dialog every time I want to login, even if I use our own Gitlab instance 99% of the time, or not configure auto-type for the other entries and manually copy the login credentials from KeePass when I want to login to Gitlab.com.

I know this is more of a minor nuisance, but it would be easy to fix I guess.

Proposal

In "Admin > Appearance" you can already change the look of the login page. The "title" there refers to a text that is shown on the page.

It would be necessary to add an element "Window title" that controls what will be used for the HTML head "title".

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?

After a user has entered a custom "Window title" like "Kittens", the current text "Sign in - Gitlab" should show "Sign in - Kittens" instead.
