Fogbugz Import Fails

Summary

Importing a FogBugz.com project fails with no error message. No repository is created and no issues are imported.

Steps to reproduce

Click new project, click "import" in the tab bar of project templates, select FogBugz and fill in your information. Every user is mapped to a gitlab.com user.

What is the current bug behavior?

The project is in the importing state for several minutes and then gets created with no issues and no repository.

What is the expected correct behavior?

We should see our repository and our issues imported in a new project.
