Show task progress and total on issue card in board

Description

It's quite frequent to split issues into tasks thanks to checkmarks, sometimes even going to meta-issue level whose role is to accrete the bigger picture on a set of sub-issues. As a project manager viewing the progress on such issues right in the board is incredibly useful. Task progress is present in the issue list and on the issue itself as a full-text 1 of 3 tasks completed, which makes it all the more lacking on a bird's eye view where task progress can be a criteria for making issues progress from list to list.

Proposal

Denote task progress in a very succinct way on a board's issue card. A simple 1/3 is sufficient, which can change shape/color when the total is reached, which makes it stand out as a candidate for moving to the next phase. This feature exists in Trello (a screenshot of which is attached containing the various states of progress).
