Saved filters for issue boards

Description

Right now you can filter issue boards. That's very powerful, but not automatically shared.

It would be very nice if you could save a filter for an issue board.

Proposal

The ability to save a filter for an issue board.

• You set the filter as normal and press Save. This will make this the default filter.
• if you change the filters, the Save button, changes into Reset | Overwrite (or whatever we call it). Reset will return the filters to the saved state, Overwrite save the current filters

Saved filters is bound to a specific board. So for EE this means that changing boards will influence the filters if they have saved filters.
