Docker push to registry fails

Hi.

I am trying to push a docker image from a gitlab-runner (about 158.7 MB) but it always fails. I have 2 gitlab-runners active but none of them is able to push it to the gitlab project repository. I also tried to use an other vagrant Ubuntu with docker to verify if the agents have a failure but the error also occurs on that machine.

The docker push always ends in a remote error: bad record MAC

As it seems there is some sort of problem regarding SSL/TLS. Pushes until official Gitlab relase 8.12.3 worked perfectly (Last successful push 28th September. We started to notice the failure when the DB Lock Problem occured and is still present with version 8.12.4.

The Problem is not bound to one particular project repository it occurs on every project that I want to push something to.
