Settings button missing (or difficult to find) on smaller screen sizes.

Summary

I was working on cleaning up some repos on a smaller window but couldn't find the settings button. I checked the website for instructions, and as I still couldn't find it. I increased my window size a bit (tiling window managers ;-D) and I could see the button.

Steps to reproduce

I do not know what the exact window size should be, but on a Macbook Pro that size is around half of the screen.

Expected behavior

Settings button should be easy to find irrespective of the screen size.

Actual behavior

Screen width is around half my Macbook Pro. Not sure what the size is exactly. Settings button probably doesn't exist here or is very difficult to find.
