Export issues list to CSV

Sometimes we need a snapshot of our issues list to examine in a spreadsheet. It's currently possible to grab the rss feed, but it's not that helpful. It would be nice if there was a button to download the list as CSV and include issue no., URL, project name, milestone, due date, labels list, assignee, creation date, last modified, thumbs counts, replies count, description. Just the summary stats, no need for all of the comments.
