The GitLab Unicorn web server is not running

Dear Team,

I have upgraded my gitlab by following link https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/blob/master/doc/update/upgrader.md

Now while starting gitlab showing below error
The GitLab Unicorn web server is not running

Please do help on this.
