Date parsing error

We got the following Sentry error once https://sentry.gitlap.com/gitlab/gitaly-production/issues/45335/

The problem is that a commit's date is not parsed by go's parser because it surpasses its seconds limits. Should we support this technically correct date or fail gracefully?
