Remove branch field from UserSquash request

In !1792 (merged), we reverted the branch field removal since there were upgrade concerns with a new Ruby client being used with an old Gitaly version. Once a full release has passed since the deprecation of the field, the field should be removed and marked as reserved (as originally done in !1786 (merged)).
