Return NotFound in GetTreeEntries for non-existent revisions

Hordur Freyr Yngvason requested to merge gettreeentries-return-grpc-not-found-when-ref-does-not-exist into master

Previously, the grpc status code was Unknown, which is inappropriate for this case. This makes it easier for clients to gracefully handle missing revisions.
