Expand Benchmarking Framework to Benchmark any Gitaly Instance

The benchmarking framework as been hugely useful for Gitaly Transactions. However, its use can be expanded if we could point it at any set of Gitaly nodes to run its performance benchmark.

Let's refactor the tool so that this is possible.

We can imagine this can be useful in:

• testing performance parity between Gitaly on VM and Gitaly on K8s
• testing the limits of a customer's repository on their hardware and providing the performance threshold we advise to stay under for optimal performance.
