Documentation Update: Add disclaimer for kernel bug that affects cgroups

gitlab#428616 (comment 2787055197) details a kernel bug that affects kernel versions in the 5.15 kernel series that leads to a memory leak.

Let's add a disclaimer in the Gitaly documentation that recommends cgroups of this bug.
