Show contiguous ranges instead of each LSN in gitaly recovery partition status

  @proglottis It might be more helpful to print a ranges of contiguous archived LSN sequences. In a production setting, this could produce a massive amount of lines. Similarly the relative paths listing might grow to be very large in some outlier fork network partitions like the gitlab-org/gitlab partition.

  We're not in production yet so not a blocker but perhaps worth a follow up issue?
