Run GitLab Performance Tool benchmarks with transactions

We've deployed Gitaly's transactions on staging and are preparing for a production roll out as soon they're ready: Gitaly transactions on production (&13306). While we're gathering data on staging, we'd still benefit from performance testing for more confidence in how we'd do under production workloads. Let's run GitLab's existing performance tests with Gitaly using transactions.
