How should I remove a gitaly node from Praefect

Background

I deployed praefect at home a few months ago

It manages three gitaly nodes and it works great

I recently had to reset a machine where gitaly was deployed, two gitaly nodes are enough

I'm willing to give up the repositories on 'gitaly-03', after all they all have backups on other gitaly nodes

But I found that the primary of some repositories is on 'gitaly-03', what should I do?
