Troubleshooting Performed
What specifically do you need from the Gitaly team
There's an internal RPC keepalive issue between GitLab Shell and Gitaly.
Assistance required to narrow down what's going wrong so we can work out what code fix is needed to avoid this. Also, advise about workarounds if possible.
