Default timeout for nightly repo maintenance is too short to allow repacking huge repos

During nightly maintenance we have a default timeout of 5 minutes per repository. This time frame is ample for small and medium-sized repositories, but it is too short for repositories that exceed a certain size. We should bump that limit to something more reasonable, or even remove the limit altogether and instead just piggy-back on the limit that's set up by the daily worker anyway.
