Commit-graphs of object pools aren't getting updated anymore
It used to be that FetchIntoObjectPool updated the commit-graphs of the pool repository. This is an important performance optimization to ensure that many operations are sped up via this auxiliary cache. This has been broken in the past though because we had to disable computation of commit-graphs in git-fetch(1) by default. Unfortunately though this means that commit-graphs aren't getting updated in pool repositories at all anymore, except in the case where the nightly repository maintenance walks a pool repo and notices it should update them.
