Gitaly creates/changes info/attributes permissions

In a given repo on my local gitlab install at /home/git/repositories/myrepo/info i have this:

[git@server info]$ ls -l
total 20
-rw------- 1 git git  107 Aug  9 16:48 attributes
-rwxr-xr-x 1 git git  240 May  6  2013 exclude
-rw-rw-r-- 1 git git 3480 Aug  9 16:48 refs

I need the attributes file to be read by group; when i change that with chmod, and later somebody pushes more changes to the repo, the file is again on the same permissions (no group read)

My need is because i have dropbox linked to my repos folder on gitlab to have a backup for all my repos at my company (i'm part of git group)

Every time a push is done by a team coworker, my dropbox stops syncing with error Cant sync "attributes" (access denied)
