RemoteService#AddRemoteRepository doesn't return a status

While investigating #1316 (closed), I noticed RemoteService#AddRemoteRepository doesn't indicate whether the git remote add was successful or not. It could fail if the remote already existed, for example.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
