Change the name of this project?

Hi, @amatthews, I see you're the owner of this project. I'm wondering if we can/should update this project's name to match our evolution of Functional Group Updates to Group Conversations?

I've most recently updated the URL for the Group Conversations page to match its new title, but I'm aware of at least one other handbook page that references this project by URL.

If and when we update the project name, I'll want to update that link, too.
