Prioritization of CustomersDot reviews

Restricting code reviews via Danger with 1️⃣, 2️⃣, 🔶 often leads to the precedence of GitLab reviews rather than CustomersDot, resulting in reduced CustomersDot maintainer availability.

This issue is to propose solutions to that problem so we can increase the number of maintainers available in CustomersDot without increasing the number of them (as that would be a separate discussion).

Example:

In the situation above, people who for example use 2️⃣ may end up with 2 GitLab reviews and 0 on CustomersDot, putting more pressure on those maintainers who may not review the GitLab codebase or those who do not restrict this to a number.

Suggestions:

1. Temporarily remove the reviewer/maintainer gitlab from the team.yml for CustomersDot BE maintainers until we have more availability
2. Being able to specify the restrictions per project in Danger may be ideal, but I'm not sure if that'll be easily accomplished
