Move information from internal handbook to public handbook or documentation
The other day I spent 10 minutes searching how an AE can request to have User Caps enabled on a SaaS subscription.
I knew it existed, but just couldn't find it.
Finally, in a dark corner of my mountain of notes, I found it.
It's in the internal handbook.
Looking around in the internal handbook I see a lot of information regarding Cloud Licensing that could help customers, Support Engineers, and Account Managers, if it was available in the public handbook or documentation.
Can the information be reviewed, and moved to a public place (after redacting)?
