Let's not use `@` in MR titles

Just noticed in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/customers-gitlab-com/-/merge_requests/8286, that we ended up pinging a user titled @G-. There's probably a fix we can apply in the main project, but let's also avoid using @ here.
