Improve review experience: go

NPM dependency MRs are nice and enriched with: Links to the source / a diff and if a changelog can be found it is even pasted into the MR description.

Go dependencies are lacking this niceness (e.g. gitlab-org/gitaly!5022 (comment 1166532383)). Would be good to improve at least with links to the code diff.
