Investigate offences which aren't being detected by current rules

Go into GitLab CE and search for __( in *.js files.

Remove the i18n from a number of different instances in order to determine whether or not the current ruleset if effective.

If discrepancies are found, create issues which address tweaking the rules accordingly.
