Missing Gitaly logs indexes for GitlabSOS

Gitaly logs don't seem to be indexed.

The file gitlab-logs-analysis/filebeat/filebeat.yml is missing /var/log/gitlabsos/**/gitaly/current* under Gitlabsos paths but just adding that does not yet resolve the issue.

I have so far not traced any logs related to a failed index.
