Consider Adding Fargate Support

We made a Fargate version of the AWS plugin to spin up fargate instances similar to how EC2 is handled with ASGs. It has been working well for us for a couple months now and I was wondering if it could be considered to be merged into this codebase or made an official plugin to be used.
