We want to show users what full featured observability might look like in GitLab. To do this we're going to embed [SigNoz](https://github.com/SigNoz/signoz) in an iframe within GitLab to get feedback on how customers would use this functionality. This is an experimental feature that is currently scoped to only self service users.
