Anyone can contribute to this list. It serves as a newsletter to all contributors. The idea is that when you work on an issue that affects one of the following categories, you would add it as a bullet point with a short explanation.
I'll pin this issue in all three Slack channels so we can always find it when we want to add a topic.

- We assign all recent contributors (people who contributed an MR to a TS project in the last two months) to this issue one week before the scheduled meeting.
- Assignees can unassign themselves when they voted and/or contributed to the issue.
