fix(DuoChat): Fix VScode undo/redo 

Added gl-form-textarea events for
ctrl+z ctrl+shift+z meta+z meta+shift+z ctrl+y meta+y
these events catch the keycombo inside the textarea
and trigger the vscode native undo redo
this method is compatible with browsers
since it's not overriding native undo redo.
