Update our identity data page

I think we should consider a UX update on the page. At the moment it is just a few tables with data, making it difficult to see the whole picture at a glance.

GitHub has this page, for comparison: https://github.com/about/diversity

I think we should also make the URL a bit more accessible - at the moment is https://about.gitlab.com/company/culture/inclusion/identity-data/ (a redirect would do).
