Cross-functional prioritization for bugs

With the recent addition of Cross-functional prioritization Bugs should be scheduled for milestone on an ongoing basis. As the result of this a new Bug section was added to Scheduling issue template. We need to iterate on the Bugs board, triage the existing issues and review existing bugs.

Steps:

1. Label all existing bugs with severity and priority to complete the triage
   • Based on issue triage, each bug should have a severity label at partial stage and priority is being added later at complete triage stage.

3. Analyse which bugs should be prioritised
4. Explore if the Bugs board should be updated to use Severity
