Create setup 101 for new program members
Summary
Institutions that are new to the program and new to GitLab might not know what to do after getting their license. The program should provide guidance for what to do next addressing common questions such as:
- Do I need to invite each student or will they get access if they use their uni email?
- Is there a recommended hierarchy or setup?
- Do you have assignment worflows templates/examples?

- Gather resources in this issue and create prescriptive guidance
- Identify how to share resources with program members (email? panorama?)
- Establish success metrics quantitative (e.g. usage) and qualitative (e.g. feedback)
