Proxi.id launch plan

Plan out announcements to internal teams and external members/prospects about the switch to Proxi.id and improvement of the GitLab for Education program application.

Next steps

• Coordinate with Social media team on potential announcements
  • Submit social media request form through asana form
• Coordinate with GitLab Licensing Support team to prep for handling incoming requests both lingering from SheerID applicants and new for Proxi.id applicants
• Coordinate across Strategy Programs team on new processes
  • Ensure new documentation is in place for Proxi.id replacing SheerID in workflows
• Establish a plan for handling any old SheerID applicants that continue to process after the migration
• Coordinate with Proxi.id on our anticipated launch date and ensure support is in place from their side
